sunken eyes
pale flesh
breathing ash
spheres of black
dark energies
embrace all in sight
the dead sun rises
in endless night
guided by
faithless might
at the mercy
of cosmic discordance
in this endless hunt for life
under bleached moonlight
needing and answer
for my consumption of space
blinded by decaying thoughts
watching progress fade away
rotting perception
forced into stagnation
searching for significance
when there's no meaning to anything.
