시편66장
1 온 땅이여 하나님께 즐거운 소리를 낼지어다
Shout with joy to God, all the earth!
2 그의 이름의 영광을 찬양하고 영화롭게 찬송할지어다
Sing the glory of his name; make his praise glorious!
3 하나님께 아뢰기를 주의 일이 어찌 그리 엄위하신지요 주의 큰 권능으로 말미암아 주의 원수가 주께 복종할 것이며
Say to God, "How awesome are your deeds! So great is your power that your enemies cringe before you.
4 온 땅이 주께 경배하고 주를 노래하며 주의 이름을 노래하리이다 할지어다 (셀라)
All the earth bows down to you; they sing praise to you, they sing praise to your name." Selah
5 와서 하나님께서 행하신 것을 보라 사람의 아들들에게 행하심이 엄위하시도다 Come and see what God has done, how awesome his works in man's behalf!
6 하나님이 바다를 변하여 육지가 되게 하셨으므로 무리가 걸어서 강을 건너고 우리가 거기서 주로 말미암아 기뻐하였도다
He turned the sea into dry land, they passed through the waters on foot-come, let us rejoice in him.
7 그가 그의 능력으로 영원히 다스리시며 그의 눈으로 나라들을 살피시나니 거역하는 자들은 교만하지 말지어다 (셀라)
He rules forever by his power, his eyes watch the nations-let not the rebellious rise up against him. Selah
8 만민들아 우리 하나님을 송축하며 그의 찬양 소리를 들리게 할지어다 Praise our God, O peoples, let the sound of his praise be heard;
9 그는 우리 영혼을 살려 두시고 우리의 실족함을 허락하지 아니하시는 주시로다
he has preserved our lives and kept our feet from slipping.
10 하나님이여 주께서 우리를 시험하시되 우리를 단련하시기를 은을 단련함 같이 하셨으며
For you, O God, tested us; you refined us like silver.
11 우리를 끌어 그물에 걸리게 하시며 어려운 짐을 우리 허리에 매어 두셨으며 You brought us into prison and laid burdens on our backs.
12 사람들이 우리 머리를 타고 가게 하셨나이다 우리가 불과 물을 통과하였더니 주께서 우리를 끌어내사 풍부한 곳에 들이셨나이다 You let men ride over our heads; we went through fire and water, but you brought us to a place of abundance.
13 내가 번제물을 가지고 주의 집에 들어가서 나의 서원을 주께 갚으리니 I will come to your temple with burnt offerings and fulfill my vows to you-
14 이는 내 입술이 낸 것이요 내 환난 때에 내 입이 말한 것이니이다 vows my lips promised and my mouth spoke when I was in trouble.
15 내가 숫양의 향기와 함께 살진 것으로 주께 번제를 드리며 수소와 염소를 드리리이다 (셀라)
I will sacrifice fat animals to you and an offering of rams; I will offer bulls and goats. Selah
16 하나님을 두려워하는 너희들아 다 와서 들으라 하나님이 나의 영혼을 위하여 행하신 일을 내가 선포하리로다
Come and listen, all you who fear God; let me tell you what he has done for me.
17 내가 나의 입으로 그에게 부르짖으며 나의 혀로 높이 찬송하였도다 I cried out to him with my mouth; his praise was on my tongue.
18 내가 나의 마음에 죄악을 품었더라면 주께서 듣지 아니하시리라 If I had cherished sin in my heart, the Lord would not have listened;
19 그러나 하나님이 실로 들으셨음이여 내 기도 소리에 귀를 기울이셨도다 but God has surely listened and heard my voice in prayer.
20 하나님을 찬송하리로다 그가 내 기도를 물리치지 아니하시고 그의 인자하심을 내게서 거두지도 아니하셨도다
Praise be to God, who has not rejected my prayer or withheld his love from me!
